Mr. Jayanta Kumar Podder -M.Com, MCA, ACS, MIAT, FCMA
He is the CEO of Podder & Associates. He is the member of the following Institutes & Associations

• Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB).
• Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretary & Managers of Bangladesh (ICSB)
• Member of the Institute of Internal Auditor of Bangladesh (IIAB)
• Member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association (ITP-NBR)
• He has multi dimensional experience for about 18 years in the areas of Finance, Accounts, Income Tax, VAT, Costing, and Internal Audit with different business conglomerates.

Mr. Muhammad Abdul Hai, FCMA
He is a Financial Management Expert of Podder & Associates. He is the member of the following Institutes & Associations

• He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB)
• Worked as Financial Specialist National Agricultural Technology Project & Bangladesh Water Supply Program Project, Infrastructure Investment Facilitation Centre (IIFC) of GOB.
• He has working experience with different GOB organizations in the fields of accounting, finance & project control for more than 30 years.

Mr. Md. Hafizur Rahman, FCMA
He is the head of Tax consultants of Podder & Associates. He is the member of the following Institutes & Associations

• He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB)
• Ex- Commissioner of Taxes and Member of the Appellate Tribunal
• Ex- chairman of Tax & VAT committee of ICMAB

Mr. Naba Krishna Muni, M.Com, MBA, CMC, CFC, FCMA
He is a Management Consultant & Enterprise capacity building consultant of Podder & Associates. He is the member of the following Institutes & Associations

Mr. Abdullah Al Mahmood ACMA

He is a Management Consultant and prefers to work independently on numerous areas of consultancy. He served Jute Spinners Ltd. and Alhaj Jute Mills Ltd. as Cost Accountant and Qualified Cost Audit Assistant. Before going through Podder & Associates, he worked for Atish Dipankar University of Science & Technology and Darul Ihsan University. He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Cost & Management  Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) and member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association (NBR) as well.

Mr. Gazi Siddeque -MSS, CMA (Final Stage)
He is engaged with Podder & Associates as a Computer Specialist. He is Masters in Economics and Final stage in Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB).

He has taken training in sophisticated computerized system in the practical business fields in Germany, Italy, USA & Bangladesh. He is pioneer in Bar Coding system in Bangladesh. He deals with e-banking, money-counting system, Credit Card system, and Client management system in different financial institutions.
